Supervised private pilot

A bounded path from evaluation to clinic use.

The pilot is designed to prove fit and readiness without pretending unfinished production controls are finished.

01

Fit and scope

Confirm the clinic’s documentation workflow, roles, devices, hosting plan, and what remains in its billing or cloud EMR systems.

02

Clinic setup

Configure the clinic host, local HTTPS, user roles, backup location, drafting runtime, and approved superuser access.

03

Fake-patient proof

Run scheduling, records, flowsheet, note, report, export, backup, restore, and clinic-device paths with fake data before real-patient use.

04

Supervised operation

Use explicit readiness holds, clinician review, cautious retention handling, and a defined support path during the pilot.

Commercial basics

Simple billing, clear data boundaries.

Private pilot pricing is agreed before enrollment. Neural Workflow LLC invoices through Wave; LocalChart does not store card data or send PHI to billing systems.

Intended license lapse behavior

A future unpaid status may pause new drafting, imports, or other new-use actions. Existing clinic records remain readable and exportable. Final terms will be provided before purchase.

Discuss a private pilot.

Tell us your clinic type, approximate number of providers, and current documentation system. Do not include patient information.
