These terms govern the public LocalChart website, guided tour, FAQs, and pilot inquiry materials. Separate Software Terms govern an installed LocalChart clinic system.
Acceptance
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you use the site for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization. Do not use the site if you do not agree.
Informational website only
The public website is not a patient portal, medical record, clinical service, emergency service, or substitute for professional medical, legal, compliance, billing, or security advice. The guided tour uses fictional information and does not create a clinical record.
Do not submit patient information
Do not send PHI, patient records, recordings, credentials, license keys, or backup files through website links or ordinary email. Pilot inquiries should describe workflow using fictional or fully redacted examples.
Permitted use
You may review the website for legitimate evaluation of LocalChart. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, probe security controls without written authorization, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, scrape protected content, or use the site unlawfully.
Ownership
The LocalChart name, website, guided tour, text, graphics, software descriptions, and related materials are owned by Neural Workflow LLC or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant a license to installed LocalChart software.
Pilot and purchasing information
Website descriptions are not a binding offer. A pilot, subscription, or software license begins only through the applicable enrollment, order, and Software Terms. If an executed order conflicts with this website, the executed order controls for that engagement.
Availability and external services
The website may change or be unavailable. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience; their services are governed by their own terms.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The website is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Neural Workflow LLC does not promise that website information will fit every clinic, satisfy every law or payer rule, or remain error-free. You remain responsible for independent evaluation and professional advice.
