This public information site is separate from the clinic-hosted LocalChart application.
No patient portal and no PHI collection
localchart.app does not provide access to clinic records and does not ask visitors to submit patient information. Do not send PHI through links or email addresses on this website.
Basic hosting data
The site is hosted through Cloudflare, which may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, and security events to deliver and protect the site.
If you contact Neural Workflow LLC by email, the message is handled by the email provider. Use fake or redacted examples and do not include clinical records, credentials, or backup files.
Analytics and advertising
This site does not currently use advertising pixels, behavioral advertising, or a public account system. This notice will be updated before adding materially different data collection.
